This database consists of more than 260 processes for metal surface cleaning, component cleaning and degreasing, which have been documented Europe wide directly in enterprises. All major branches, as well as processes with high, medium and low throughput plus all major metal working processes, like mechanical engineering, heat treatment, painting, phosphating, electroplating and repair/maintenance have been considered.

• Starting the detailed database search, you can enter all user requirements.
• The selected processes will be given out in a list. The accompanying rough evalution serves only as an orientation and is based ao central elements of the detailed evaluation.
• A further selection from this list is possible.
• Each process can be viewed separately as technical sheet.
• Comparison of selected processes can be done by an integrated evaluation tool.
• The evaluation of aqueous cleaners always refers to the working concentration.
• The evaluation of the cleaning costs permits the user input of basic rates like labour, energy and water, to get more realistic total cleaning costs.

A branch specific selection of processes is only possible when using the assistant.
